Computer Classes for Spanish Speaking Adults

Spanish speaking adults have the opportunity to learn Basic Computer skills -- How to use the mouse and keyboard, email, basics of Microsoft Word and how to use the Internet.

FREE Adult Spanish Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. and Tuesday evenings from 6-7pm.

Every Child Ready to Read @ Your Library

The library will provide an early literacy training program for Parents and Caregivers of children 0-2 years of age ( Pre-talkers). The program will teach the six skills children need in order to begin reading when they enter school. Come learn about brain development and how to bond with your children through sharing books.
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Place: Learning Center at the Library


Pre-Readers: 4-and 5-year olds 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Free Child care provided on site!!


Certificate for 2 training hours available in conjunction with DES and SUCCEEDS.

Book Club

The Safford City-Graham County Library Book Club will meet the second Thursday of every month @ 7 PM, in the library. Come prepared to talk about the books you have read, or just come and listen! New members welcome at all time!
